Chief Executive Officer

A founding principal of The Corvus Group in 1997, Wayne is our chief executive officer based in the Largo, MD office.  He is responsible for Corvus’s overall management and contract oversight, and also directs several project teams to support them on due diligence, management consulting and financial/realty services assignments.

In recent years, Wayne’s contract assignments have included commercial real estate loan sales initiatives for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the due diligence/sale of more than 81,000 commercial and residential real estate loans for the Small Business Administration.

Prior to founding The Corvus Group, Wayne was a project director at several firms where he managed due diligence and portfolio sales of HUD loans nationwide.  His professional career also includes consulting assignments for the Resolution Trust Corporation, commercial lending experience for financial services firms, and serving as an associate bank examiner for the U.S. Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.

Wayne graduated from Morgan State University and is a licensed real estate salesperson in Maryland.
