As The Corvus Group’s president, Tom leads our Chicago office operations, directs multiple client contracts, manages strategic alliances, and provides executive leadership to the Corvus Capital Markets Division.

Tom has lead professional teams on $30 billion of asset sale and privatization management contracts for such federal agencies as the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, U.S. Air Force and the Small Business Administration.  His areas of expertise include governmental shared equity transactions, asset and project management, loan due diligence, complex financial analysis, commercial real estate finance and property transactions, and contract administration.

Tom was previously a partner at a national public accounting firm and a loan servicing director for a commercial mortgage company.  In the 1990s, he managed multiple contracts on behalf of the Resolution Trust Corporation, providing due diligence and asset valuation expertise and coordinating more than 120 commercial real estate portfolio closings valued in excess of $12 billion.

A certified public accountant, Tom is an honors graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago where he earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
